There is something irreplaceable about being witnessed by people who are walking their own threshold at the same time you’re walking yours.

These intimate containers, never more than eight people, bring together individuals who are ready to move. Not to process endlessly. Not to be fixed or analyzed. But to do the real creative, embodied work of becoming, in the company of others who are doing the same thing.

What tends to happen in these groups surprises people. There’s laughter. There’s recognition. There’s the particular relief of being genuinely seen by strangers who somehow feel like they’ve known you forever.

And there’s movement. Real, lasting, surprising movement.
